Project Overview

Mona provides an emotional regulation solution for the high emotional fluctuations faced by new mothers. Mona combines wearable technology with a digital companion to monitor health in real time, offering emotional support and personalized guidance. This system balances wearable convenience with data-driven insights, encouraging moms to prioritize well-being alongside their baby’s. Mona includes a ring for moms and an ankle band for infants, tracking vital signs and displaying updates. The app provides visual insights, tailored sleep and mood advice, and an AI companion with empathetic support to ease postpartum challenges.
