This project was a collaboration between SCADpro and Deloitte Social Care. We were exploring the current social care system to define the problems and emphasize the pain points from current users. Our goal was to bring creative solutions to Deloitte’s team so they could to continue working to make a bright future for the customers.

We took a human-centered approach to this topic to ensure that real needs would be met. We found three main issues people face when they utilize social care services: accessibility, social stigma, and anonymity. Accessibility, social stigma, and anonymity were three main categories. Through our research, we discussed the problem areas and made four different solutions.
